Understanding Your Grief

We will discuss the “Ten Touchstones of Grief” found in Dr. Alan Wolfelt’s book “Understanding Your Grief.” Group members will need to purchase their own materials, including the book, and “The Understanding Your Grief Journal.” An information only meeting will be offered on Tuesday 1/27/26 at 11am in the Emmanuel UMC Youth Room. Classes will begin on 2/10 and will be offered at 11 am on each of these days: 2/10, 2/17, 2/24, 3/3, 3/10, 3/24, 3/31, 4/14, 4/21, 4/28, 5/5 and 5/12 (if needed). This will be a confidential discussion and learning environment for people who would like to explore their personal grief and loss in a group setting.
